Utopian Voices is an on-going oral history project, collecting memories and reflections about the possibility of a lived, momentary utopia. Rather than thinking about utopia as a perfect place in time or space, Stainman posits the idea that utopia is experienced in small moments at a time whether in relationship to ourselves and other people. The recorded interviews are ways of imagining our daily lives through this lens of possibility, a way of looking anew at our lives and worlds.

If you are interested in being interviewed, please contact Stainman through the contact link on the website.
